Job Description

AMG is partnering with a leading global law firm to hire a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager. This individual will lead complex eDiscovery matters, advise attorneys and clients on discovery strategy, and leverage advanced review, analytics, and AI technologies to support high-stakes litigation and investigations.

Location: Hybrid. San Francisco, CA or Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $215-270k base

What you'll be doing

  • Leading complex eDiscovery matters from collection through production and trial support
  • Managing review platforms, analytics, TAR, and AI-assisted review workflows
  • Advising attorneys and clients on discovery strategy and ESI best practices
  • Overseeing data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources
  • Managing project plans, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
  • Supporting data privacy, compliance, and cross-border discovery requirements
  • Training attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals
  • Driving adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices

What you'll need to have

  • 6+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, CEDS, RCA, or PMP preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows
  • Hands-on expertise with Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal, Everlaw, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and other modern data sources
  • Knowledge of TAR, analytics, and AI tools such as Harvey and Copilot
  • Strong client-facing, project management, and communication skills
